Founded by Paul Squire who brings a wealth of experience within international private member’s clubs, as well as boutique event catering delivering personalised VIP events, we offer a premium bespoke service.

Light and fluffy classic Neapolitan pizzas made from our own hand-stretched, slow-proved dough.
Topped with sumptuous ingredients including San Marzano tomatoes, Fior di latte cheese, and air-dried prosciutto hams, our pizza’s change with the seasons.
An elevated street-food experience with the utmost attention to detail, and taste.
Our Van
A timeless classic, our Citroen H van is the perfect backdrop for the most elegant event.
Warmly lit, with subtle design touches throughout and expertly finished using Carrara marble, brushed brass and fully-customised Gozney Dome ovens.
